Called to let the kwik way know I was going to be a little late for drop off due to the fact that I was at work until 6pm. He said not a problem, when i arrived the individual charged me another day. Very unsatisfied, will no longer be renting a haul or recommend u haul to friends or family.

Uhaul garuenteed two locations. Luckily the third one was here. Way too over priced and poor customer service. Will never go back to Uhaul. Customer service on phone said I got a discount.... kinda

Will never rent a uhaul from the Bancroft location again. Due to the tires being put on wrong ( tires that should have been on the back axels were on the front) the truck was stuck in my yard. After waiting till morning to call they called me every 15 mins and harassed me. It took 2 hours for a tow truck to arrive (normal for Sudbury) the location called screaming at me when I tried to apologize and explain that a tow truck took forever the man yelled at me and told me to shut up and that I would have to pay another 24hr rental fee! Ridiculous, zero costumer service skills! We live in the north and there was hail and snow it happens. An act of god. Will never recommend this location to anyone ever. Renters beware!!!

Rep could help with pretrip inspection and hook up.

Staff had no idea how to process or even take the trailer off.

truck had little to no breaks left. had to push peddal to the floor to come to a stop. are the breaks connected to the horn? weird sounds. transmission is going. rmps rev high and takes forever to accellorate. was over charged for gas in relation to what was in the truck when i picked it up. when dropped off i was told to put more in than what was in it when it was picked up. took 30+ minutes to pick uo and drop off truck because they were dealing with other customers that came in after me..i guess dealing with a customer who is there first dont matter. very dissapointing when you want to move or get home and are treated like your not there in the store renting a truck.

The people didn't know enough about the product and had to phone around to get answers to questions

Service was excellent but too many distractions as this locations is also a convenience store. Couldn't rent a dolly as well

GOOD JOB ...again perfect customer service.

Truck was filthy, beat up and smelled of weed. The ramp on the truck (which is 100% why we rent a truck) was broken, and luckily was able to be reattatched. The truck also had almost no gas in it so I had to rush to a gas station. Very unplesent, but it hauled stuff.

They should have someone who know how to do the paper work, and someone who help customer hook up the trailer. I was left on my own to hook up a trailer that was on a incline on icy road. The trailer hitch kept hitting my car bumper and damaged my bumper. I had to stand 1 leg and try to direct the trailer with my other leg. Most awful experience ever. took me 50 minutes between doing the paper work and hooking up the trailer.

tongue of trailer was in a snow drift , I had to dig it out. Had to pull unit out with the safety chains. Electrical plug was full of ice and I had to thaw and pick out ice in connector when it was minus 30 C. Not very exciting at that temp. I had to use my truck jack to lift tongue of trailer to mount on my truck.

This location was terrible and a disgrace to the Uhaul name. my contract showed them as the drop off location and upon arriving the person behind the counter would not accept the vehicle drop off. He called his manager and had him speak to me. He said he could not accept the truck as no room. I told him I could see his lot and there was only one truck in it. He told me to take it to another location and I asked if he was paying for the mileage and gas and he said no. I hung up left the keys on the counter and said goodbye. these people are a disgrace and have no concept of customer service. Other people were in the store and heard what was going on and were very surprised that your representative behaved like that.

The staff at this location were not trained on renting the equipment. I had to talk to someone on the phone to do the contract. The trailer was in a snowbank and had not been cleaned off. It also had snow encrusted around the lights, etc. It was not very clean inside. After the contract was signed, I was told to just go get the trailer and leave. Fortunately I had rented a trailer before and the person showed me how to set it up that time.
