The guy working on site is terrible with customer service, major lack of knowledge, and doesn’t seem like he wants to be at work. He is definite negative to a great business.

My issue is not so much of the facility or customer service, but the charges for mileage, refueling the truck, and the fee for the use of the truck. The representative explain the mileage takes care of maintenance of the vehicle. So I asked after every use, you all have to change wipers, the oil etc. She said no. so what is the mileage fee really for, because at the time of reserving the vehicle and talking with the rep, there were no satisfying reason for the additional fee. Consumers can use rental vehicles for a whole week compared for what you all charge for the few hours or the day. I know you have the monopoly of hauling people belongings from place to place, but you should not take advantage of people situations or circumstances. There was absolutely nothing in writing that completely explains your fees. I will not use your services anymore. I am just one person that is not satisfied, but I hope my complaint does not fall on deaf ears.

Young man couldn’t have been nicer and he worked to fix tail lights and brake lights however several hours later both quit working. I called and another young man told me to come by and they would fix. A young lady replaced wiring and fixed in a timely manner and I never had another issue!

First of all, don't attempt again to sell someone a used storage lock for a new price. Second, inform the customer that the insurance fee is an amount per day charge, not a one time fee. Last but not least, inform customers what is actually covered under Roadside Assistance. This saves time, after giving allllll that information only to be told "This doesn't qualify." Then you have to spend hundreds of dollars for towing assistance. I had to pay uhaul over $400 for 3days and $475.00 for the towing of "YOUR 26' TRUCK." Worst service ever, will inform others of the bad service.

I tried the online service to pick up my truck rental. I thought it would save some time, but the whole process actually took allot longer than actually going directly into the office and checking out with an associate. You still had to get the key to the truck from them anyway. Was totally pointless and a big waste of time.

The local location did an outstanding job considering I had to wait until 5pm to get my rental that was supposed to be picked up at 8am, due to the computer system was supposedly down. The local location needs to be able to go old school and do paper contract instead of making the customer wait for hours for the computer to come back up.

Everything was great but I didn't appreciate getting charged for 2 gallons of gas. I made sure that gauge was the same as when I picked it up but isn't exactly something I could argue about. I could see if it was distinct difference but it was not.
