When I first arrived, the storage was getting ready to close but Heather took the time to help me out. My code to enter the gated facility wasn’t working and I had to call Heather to help again get me in with my two helpers. Anyway, I appreciate her for going out of the way to help me out especially when she had to come back after hours.

First gave us a car carrier that was broken and when we returned it we had to go thirty miles away to pick up a different one. That carrier blew a tire in South Carolina and we had to sit on the shoulder of I95 for three hours until someone came and fixed it.

The lady at the storage helped me. It was at closing time but she did help me. Had problems using my code to open the gate to get in storage. Eventually she had to open it for me. I appreciate her helping me out.

The company send messages and will call. I had a few challenges that put me behind schedule. I contacted uhaul and to my surprise it was handled right away and rescheduled 20 mins later. Very satisfying
The puck up location was very helpful . The revered vehicle was still available.
