The location is a car sales lot. Walk in the building one side is a barbershop and the office to talk to the guy has some old dirty could and messy office. Outside there are transmissions on the ground and the parking is hard to naviagate

CARLENE BI cannot really rate this location or even comment on it, as it was an after-hours drop-off. However, the parking lot had no lighting, making it extremely difficult to take pictures of the truck.
