Location was 2-stars because it's not an ideal Uhaul location. It's a truck center and the trailers are in rutted dirt/mud/rock. Not pavement like one would normally expect. The location is also clearly a truck center that seems annoyed to be a Uhaul place as well. It's the only thing local though so that's why I'd recommend it to a friend.

Failed to check in equipment. Talked to employee. Had to receive a call from haul of issue, then had to call drop off point. They were too busy. Right!!

HARRY BDon't ever rent from Uhaul on a day where no one will be at the pickup and drop off location. Customer service is nonexistent. The Uhaul AP is a complete pike of dung.
