We declined the insurance it was still put on there, we were told we could pick up by 4:30 at 4:05 They had already closed up luckily we were able to catch her getting into her car.

We had to wait for the people that were to rent the trailer to us to arrive before beginning the paper work. The lights didn’t work so they arranged for us to drive down the road to pick up a new harness and attach it. Not professional at all!
Monty WPrice was 50% higher than quoted online. They don't help you hook up trailer or make sure lights work. Printer didn't work so could not print receipt.
