No interaction with personnel it was closed same day drop off on a Sunday couldn’t wait to get rid of the truck and to not deal with U-Haul unfortunately will probably have to when I move again hopeful to find another provider

David KThe location was great, but the pick up was delayed as the U-Haul website was down. They helped as much as the could but said if the site didn't come back up I would have to come back another day. Thankfully it worked out, but U-Haul needs to get their site working better. They should not put the employees at this location in that position nor should they put a customer in the position to move their moving plans since their site is insufficiently maintained.
