I think my only complaint would be is that I returned the U-Haul truck before 8:00 a.m. The next day it was actually around 5:00. But was still charged till 8:00. So I think that if there's a way for mobile rentals to know what time they bring them in and then to charge them at that time that that would be appropriate

Bad internet area which made remote pick up a nightmare.
Donna CAvailability, price, truck quality & cleanliness was above excellent. The only thing that was a hassle was checking in - picking up the truck. Process took nearly an hour. We were not informed we needed character references/ contact people… people do not answer unknown callers so here were 3 old ladies trying to call people, hoping they were available so we could say “answer this call when you get it” Returning the truck was a breeze.
