Closer pick up, changed my pick up locstion
Robert HI think my only complaint would be is that I returned the U-Haul truck before 8:00 a.m. The next day it was actually around 5:00. But was still charged till 8:00. So I think that if there's a way for mobile rentals to know what time they bring them in and then to charge them at that time that that would be appropriate

Donna CAvailability, price, truck quality & cleanliness was above excellent. The only thing that was a hassle was checking in - picking up the truck. Process took nearly an hour. We were not informed we needed character references/ contact people… people do not answer unknown callers so here were 3 old ladies trying to call people, hoping they were available so we could say “answer this call when you get it” Returning the truck was a breeze.
