Do not give a customer a bill for $8000 dollars for a less than 48 hr rental on a 10 ft truck. And once you realize it’s obviously a huge mistake immediately correct it. No one should receive an 8000 charge to a credit card on a $200 rental.
Jeanne SThe Trolley Rd Summerville SC location canceled my original reservation and sent me to this location. Not only was I transferred without notice but charged extra and since Trolley Rd canceled my reservation UHaul didn't see my original quoted amount and really didn't care my charges was higher. The one thing you can do is when a customer is inconvenienced accommodate them
