My experience at this location was great, but I first tried the 103 N Gum road location where I was denied any kind of assistance despite having a reservation for the vehicle for the time period by a pretty garbage attendant. Strongly recommend trying this miles Jamison location first if you need a uhaul in Summerville

Not the nicest of neighborhoods.
DOUGLAS AFirst…. This was not the location in which my reservation was set up for. I got to the other sound worx location (N Gum St) and it was closed still so I waited. Ended up calling to find out this location wasn’t even opening that day. Then, I drove to the other location, and they randomly assigned me a trailer and said if that one wasn’t the one that was not blocked, they would just send me an updated reservation with the new trailer number…. Which they didn’t, then didn’t bother to pick up when I called after giving them a few hours to fix the issue. So when I dropped off the trailer, it still wasn’t updated.
ERIK RReceived the cargo van with a flat tire then had to wait the entire 4 hours I scheduled the rental for them to fix it, completely derailing my plans for moving into my new house, was told I’d get a 2 day extension for free then still got charged double.
