Vehicle was dirty on the outside and center console / drink holder had candy stick inside..Also, they didn't have an appliance dolly I requested. Said U-Haul doesn't guarantee items, gave me another location that might have one. Unfortunately my tight schedule didn't allow me to shop around other U-Haul locations and drive out of my way.
DOUGLAS IWhen I drove my car to pick up the trailer, the two employees with U-Haul said that they needed to be tipped money in order to help me with hooking the U-Haul trailer onto my car. I found out that this was completely incorrect. It was not a good experience.
