I put the gas needle back where it was when I got the truck. But when I dropped it off I was charged for turning it end with the gas needle lower but it wasn't lower. I need a refund or some of my money back

The personnel who runs this location is really a sound system shop. The professionalism of this location is no good. He is a crook and scam artist with dirty fingernails. He changed the pickup time hours from 10 to 8 without informing me of what he did. I did not until I tried to extend the time and it said another family is waiting on this U-Haul truck. Customer service confirmed he manually changed the time. I told her to report him and check to see if he did this to other people to make sure he didn’t do to others to make a profit. Each time he gets paid the extra day fee from the hours he takes away.
