MARK JWe were told to call to set up and drop off time and location. Which we did and both were confirmed. We got to the dropoff location at the rescheduled time and were told the lot was full and we’d have to elsewhere. The person we spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible drop off experience that caused us to be way behind schedule returning home from Summerville.
MANUEL HTruck had been smoked in. Also sounded like it needs something looked at in the wheels, bearing or tierod?
