I had a pick appointment reserved for 12:00 PM and did not get serviced until around 1:30 pm. No one was at the location and then one she arrived, the agent was very un professional cigarette hanging out of her mouth and my charge that I was quoted from the reservation dept increased by about 100 plus dollars. I was absolutely confused by this also but was not giving an explanation for it by the agent. It was a very bad experience to say the least.

I was charged twice for a uhaul that I only used once.

CARLOS V.No one was on site when we arrived. If it weren't for someone calling the office personnel on her personal phone to tell her we were waiting, no one would have ever come. When she did arrive, the location was a run down convenient store that smelled like fish and mildew. The truck assigned to me wasn't on site and never even arrived. We had to use an alternate truck that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a check engine light on. The lady didn't even pull the truck around for us. She just handed us the key and told us to go get it ourselves while she sat on the auto transport and smoked her cigarette. Before we even moved the truck we told her the engine light was on and she called someone who told us to call road side assistance before realizing we never left the sight. Thankfully someone else showed up and was able to check out the truck before we left. We're glad he showed up because the lady also wasn't confident on how to attach the auto transport. Once the guy came and helped, everything was good to go.
ANSLEY J.When I picked up the truck I was told on the website there was also an appliance dolly available. I had paid for it already and when I arrived to pick up my equipment, they in fact did not have an appliance dolly available. Not only was what I needed and had paid for not available, but the associate running the register had no clue how to remove it from my bill or do anything else in the system for that matter. She had to call someone else on the phone and that person so she could not do it without looking at the screen. So the associate on duty had to video chat her and she still struggled. Once it was time for me to leave this associate could not locate the key to the proper truck either. She finally did find the keys but when it was all said and done I had been there for right at an hour. Other than that, this location was great. We ended up having to keep the U-Haul for 8 days past the original agreement. The lady who runs this location contacted me several times during that eight days just to touch base so she could notify you all in order to avoid me getting into any kind of legal trouble. She was extremely helpful and nice throughout the whole ordeal. It was the most stressful move I have ever had, she however made it just a little better so I am grateful for that. Her name was Barbara and I would gladly recommend her to someone else.
