This experience was Excellent. I've used other companies, but after this exceptional professionalism from this UHaul location, I'm a committed customer.

Firstly, I was made to wait 2 hours at the location for someone to show up to issue the equipment. This was during their operating hours which I made and received several calls to the UHaul help line. The only excuse for not being at the location during pickup time was because of a "lunch break" that apparently lasted from 4:30pm to 6:30pm when they were supposed to be closed at 6pm. Secondly, the trailer was very unsafe and wobbling all over the road both loaded and empty (it was worse while empty). I made more calls to the help line to report the trailer being too unsafe to transport, to which I recieved little to no help. Just a bunch of extra fees that it would cost me if I didn't get it back to the drop off location. Finally, I tried to call in for an after hours drop off, to no avail, and had to wait until the next day operating hours to report the drop off and it was posted as a next day drop off. I was also dismissed at this time for trying, yet again, to report faulty equipment. This location, specifically it's workers, became a dreadful, frustrating experience. I won't be returning for service again.

The drop off location in Midlothian Virginia at 8600 Midlothian turnpike was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER DO A DROP OFF OR REFER ANYONE TO THAT LOCATION. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR AND OUT OF FOUR EMPLOYEES I AS THE CUSTOMER HAD TO SHOW THEM HOW TO PRINT OUT MY RECEIPT WHICH TOOK A HOUR AND THEY OVER CHARGED ME $47 DOLARS. As of my pick up location very professional I will refer potential customers to this location in Sumter South Carolina Put It Down.

The drop off was a complete joke. The UHaul agent, when calling the number given on the contract had no clue of where to leave the equipment. I had to move the equipment to another spot. (Which counted against my 53 mile allowance) The drop off place had a person that was rude. This was the worst experience i have ever had with UHaul.

This location was right next to a music studio, and they had the music so loud I practically had to yell to the receptionist. Also. The receptionist appeared so ghetto, pants falling off the ass, trashy street slang, and the loud music didnt even faze him as he started bobbing his head while I was having trouble hearing. But its located right next to Shaw AFB, which is in the middle of a trashy city called Sumter, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised at the appearance of the location and the employees.

We talked to Bo at this location for over an hour and it was a huge blessing that our paths crossed. Can not say enough good things about the staff at this location. A+++++++ service and just the greatest people.

The problem was not with this location, but the Uhaul internet website. They changed my pickup to another location... an hour later than I reserved on moving day... then added insurance when I had opted out. This dealer had major issues with his printer & did not check the trailer before renting it (it had a hand truck inside).

Was after hours and was not sure where the office was...not well marked. When I found the office and the Key Drop, found the door open and was going to double check that where I parked was okay...no one around. Turned in via phone app and hoped it was parked okay. Did not get to choose where to drop off at.

Greet the customer when they walk in the door and let them know you will help them eventually...and that they are actually in the right place. Said he would credit 10 more miles but did not do so. Uhaul rep on the phone said she was also adjusting the mileage for having to go to another town, but she also did not do so. I had to pay regardless.
