When entering the information in it was not done correctly and in one location on the paperwork it showed the correct days but in the other he only marked 1 day which led to 3 days being charged as over days. This caused a stressful situation on check in.

CONNIE PWilliam was amazing! He helped me find my missing reservation, got me into a truck with a dolly, and got me out the door happy and on my way. My initial reservation was made online in my name with my phone number and credit card info. When I tried to use the app to find my truck, the reservation couldn’t be found. When I logged into the app with my name and phone number, it pulled up my husband’s name and no reservation. William found the reservation in the system. My name, phone number and credit card info was all there. Why the app, website and store location couldn’t have all the same information is beyond me! Do better, U-Haul! Thank you, William!
JEANETTE SThe two guys that helped me sorry I do not know their names or very friendly and very helpful. The system was down and I came in early to pick up my truck and the guy that helped me still managed to get it done and I even got to pick up my truck early when I brought it back. The guy was very friendly and very helpful and I’m really glad that I came there to get a truck.
