Zakee AEverything worked great except for the manager who called me before the store was open and let me know it was supposed to be back by 9 AM, which was not what I was told by the previous employee. That employee said it was 24 hour rental I could’ve returned it the same day but they closed at 5 o’clock. The employee said just bring it back after 9 AM because you have 24 hours told him might be there first thing because I didn’t need the trailer any longer. Got a call from the manager at 8:58 AM wanting to know where the trailer was it was supposed to be there. I told him that I was waiting for them to open and I would bring it over. I’ve been up all morning drinking coffee, and this is what I have to deal with. When I got there, the manager was rude. Inconsiderate did not apologize. If this the way that you guys run things, I would not suggest going to this store. The gentleman before was an awesome that rented it to me, but the manager honestly stunk customer service.
LLOYD WAlert on phone when arriving at return location did not link to return instructions only a receipt was not able to complete the return on mobile. Might have been a glitch. No issues with the manual return, receipt aligned with expected cost.
