This is a terrible place for UHAUL to have as an agent. It was so troublesome to park in this place. The truck cabin was very unclean with used gloves and other dirt. I didn’t even get the truck with a full tank of fuel. I returned it with the same amount of fuel received. But I still got charged for Fuel. I really appreciate it if someone could look into this and refund my fuel surcharge.
Jermaine HThe person responsible for completing the paperwork for drop off had no knowledge of what to do when she tried calling the owner she wasn't responding. The owner didn't call me until 9:30 pm. I dropped the truck off at 4:30 pm. It just looked like a shady location and service. I never want to be referred to that location ever again.
Rosanne SNo printed agreement was given. Vehicle was not cleaned properly, the windshield was having lot of dust. While returning, the vehicle was parked by us and fence was locked, and later on the guy informed us to take the pictures. This should have been informed earlier, we took the vehicle out again from the fence and parked again. Also, there was only one truck available. Thanks to the helpline number who helped us find put office at first place.
