I had to dispute a charge over a bridge toll, and the tickets/citations department handled it quickly and easily. It was much simpler than I expected. The entire rental experience was smooth and flawless.

There was staff there they really tried but only two till were open and the computers are VERY slow! There was a line to the door. Only 3 peoe in front of me, two picking up and one getting boxes it took 35min. They need better computers to work with or something.

The Service was exceptional. The truck was not. There were noises that were likely from the drive train. I have used this location multiple times and often recommend it to friends. They have stock and they know their stuff.

the line-up was a little long in the morning which took away from moving time with the truck, but it was expected since it was the end of the month. Overall the girls that helped me were very nice and were upbeat even though it was busy and early in the morning

checked in and told the truck had no gas. They fuelled it with cans of gas and then the truck wouldn't start. Given the smallest truck available causing multiple trips where one would have been enough with the size of the truck that was booked. Next time will look for different alternative to UHaul.

Excellent service. A bit tricky after hours - I had to park there overnight as uhaul wouldn't fit in the hotel lot - and they seemed to have a hard time relaying the fact that I was just parking there and would be back in the morning to clean it out (drive bed frame to the dump) and drop the keys

The truck was dirty inside and a lot of dog hair. We were experiencing respiratory congestion due to that during the drive. Also I chose the storage facility based on U Haul saying I would get one month free, and upon unloading my belongings into storage they informed me that they do not give the free month and have no idea why U Haul keeps advertising that.

I have used U Haul well over 50 times in the past year or two and I have never been treated with such disrespect from the staff at this location. This is a long story that begins on Wednesday when I booked a 26' truck online for the location 13554 84th Avenue for Friday Morning at 9 am. It was confirmed the truck will be there for pick up. I called the UHaul to tell them I would be about 30 or so minutes late and was told no problem. When I arrived the truck wasn't there. The customer from the day before had not returned the truck. I have my own moving company and I use Uhaul for all my moves. My customer is concerned that I haven't arrived yet. I'm feeling stressed out a bit and god forbid I show any expression that this is not acceptable. So then they proceed to look for another truck in the area where I could go pick up. They find a location on King George Highway near 108th. Well during the time I left to go get this truck that was confirmed good to go to the time I arrived at this new location, I was treated like a piece of shit from the get go. Then I'm told the truck won't start. Well of course I'm a little upset, the move is suppose to start at 10 and we're going on 11 and they won't serve me. I was yelled at from the staff to leave and get out and I had not even at the least verbally abused anyone. It was the first locations notes that had this staff on the edge before I arrived. I asked them before they got all nuts on me ( I didn't even curse at this point) I was trying to hold it together to just get a truck and do the move. I asked them if I could rent a 20' and a 15'. Then I was told to call a 1-800 number because they won't serve me. I called the 1-800 number and explained the situation. She said I would be able to rent the trucks from them. Finally I got the trucks almost 2 hours later but not the 26' i really needed. So now I have to pay for an extra truck because the truck that I reserved with a credit card wasn't available. Why would there be reservations if it's not 100% for sure that it will be there? Moving is a very stressful day for my customers. I don't get mad or upset by much but when I'm treated like a first time customer when in fact I've probably spent over $3000 in the last year or so on your trucks, I expect to be treated properly. Not talked down to, not yelled at to get out but just do the transactions without bully remarks ("if you don't like it leave, use another company if you don't like it.") I believe these customer service people aren't told do act in this manner. I don't want to have to change company's for my rental needs but I do expect a few things before I stay with UHaul. First of all I want an apology from the 1 lady at the first location for how she spoke to me. I want an apology for telling the other location that I'm a little upset about what's going on. I want a definite apology from 2 members of staff at the King George Location. I never seen such poor customer s

I wasn't impressed that even now this is not the location where I picked up the truck. It was 108 Avenue location. No one called me to let me know. I received so many emails and texts and none of them were right. I went into the location to verify and found out it was at another location. Then after we returned the truck there were two mileage odometers and we had to pay the fuel surcharge. So to be honest I would not rent from uhaul again and I have told two other friends not to rent for their moves that are happening in the next 2 months.

Nothing to improve upon as the young men that were working on Sunday, May 1st were fast and courteous. I've had many bad experiences with U-Haul in several other locations but never at the King George location. They are the only reason why I keep coming back to U-Haul.
