there were no staff available to help @ Skymart when i returned my rental truck; the office was closed and locked when it was scheduled to be open I had to dispute the charges on my credit card thru Uhaul; again, because there was no one present to help when i returned the vehicle I will not rent another vehicle from this business

Gurjot S.Better customer service, the lady at the desk was so rude. I was with my friend, It seems to us that we were asking for favour even after paying. The pickup Truck that we booked has a-lot of water in the back, when told her about it she said it is what it is. Spend half an hour clearing the water and cleaning before using. 1) They should check the vehicle before renting out to other customers. 2) Better customer service.
