RALPH AReservation was changed to location 10 miles further away. Reservation was for 7:30 am pickup but new location did not open until 9:00 am. This info was not relayed to me and presented a hardship as I was not given the opportunity to reassess plans. Also as location was 10 miles further for pickup away from direction of travel I incurred additional mileage fees outside of my control. Original location was selected due to it's proximity to my needs.
Stephen WSuper easy pick up and truck was ready and available. Location emailed all receipts and info. I did not know I needed to fill out pre inspection form with photos of vehicle and by the time I arrived home, link was expired.
