I was promised a 50$ discount over the phone with the U-Haul representative because my local U-Haul dealer did not have the trailer and i was only informed of that after places my order and 24hrs after that. I had to drive 35 kilometers instead to the nearest available trailer and when i picked up the trailer the local business was not aware of the discount and did not give it to me. Also not helpful at all. Nice but not helpfull.

Have a lockbox that works properly
Sabrina RMuch better than our usual spot, Wendys One Stop Shop in Ballantrae. DC marine had the snow wiped off all trucks and the parking lot properly plowed.

MACKENZIE KThe man looking after this rental location came out during my drop off an accused me of "fucking up his parking area" he was aggressive and swearing at me. I thought he might actually assault me at one point had it not been for the truck door between us. The guy was totally unprofessional and could have handled his problem in any other way. If he has a preference for how parking goes he should put up signs or make it part of the check out process for after hours service.
