Picked up trailer on a Saturday morning, and told clerk that I would not be done with trailer until late Monday after business closed. Was told I only needed a 2 day rental, and I could return it after hours. Then received a call from Uhaul on Monday at noon saying I was late on my return. Had to call customer service to add another day when that should have been done in the beginning.
