While the location I picked up the trailer was great. UHual in general was a total failure! I made a reservation for a trailer 24 hours in advance at a location 12 miles away. And despite the fact I was parked within feet of if I couldn't get it. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! THERE WOULD BE NO ONE THERE! Midgard (UHual) was a total failure. I had to go 35 miles back in the opposite direction to get a trailer. You should also make it very evident that you don't accept 1 7/8 tow balls. I was in a remote area so it took an hour to find a 2 in tow ball and tools to put it on. If there was another rental service I would use them!
