I submitted a reservation for mobile pick up because I needed to get the truck early in the morning before the store opened. When I got there the app directed me to call customer service and they told me that the store hadn’t setup the reservation for mobile pickup. It was 8:30 and the store didn’t open until 10:30 so my options were to wait or find a different location. I had someone drop me off there because I thought I was picking up a vehicle, so I ended up having to walk home.

JAMES VThe worker at the store was disrespectful and rude. She didn’t know what she was doing and yelled at me for it. Then tried to have me stand to the side and wait while she helped other customers. Then all she had to do is hand me the keys. Just hand me the keys that’s it. I’ll never rent from there again
