Donna EdgeOnly problem I had is I called for more time I was charged for 24 hour more then got 5 phone calls and a threatening message that if the trailer wasn’t turned in by 3 PM, they would have to take urgent matters in this case so I guess they had rented the trailer to someone else for the day at 3 PM but yet I was charged for a 24 hour period which means I should be able to kept the trailer for 24 more hours and returned it the following day at 9 AM so I didn’t appreciate the nasty voicemail . They said if I don’t get it back there maybe additional charges as low as $50 more . I guess when I called to extend my time they should have told me 3 pm is the latest we can rent it to you . I was stuck on the freeway about 70 miles away waited on a tow truck to fix a flat so I was at the mercy of the tow truck company of how fast they could come out and help me.

Brian BrownFast and friendly staff when I picked up and great staff that came out to help me unhook the trailer. They hooked up and unhooked the trailer for me which is a great service. It’s tight getting in and out of the location due to how narrow the space is but not super hard.

Kelly KiddBoth represents were terrific. They were both assertive and professional. The Vehicle was very clean. However, There is one thing that was odd; the driver would sit in the seat, put seatbelt on, click it into its socket, and the seatbelt alarm would still buzz/ring. We could've figure it out, until we decided to insert the passagers side into its socket.. lol...finally! We're just so glad we figured out that problem. In addition, along with the truck, we were given a 1/4 tank of fuel. I returned it with a 3/4 (approx) tank full without any compensation. I realize that is not the representatives responsibility to be sure to compensate, but this is an internal/ceo scheme. With that said, I never return vehicles on empty and its hard to measure out the amount of fuel were going to use when fueling. Therefore, we had returned the vehicle with a 3/4 tank which (I believe) should be compensated from the overall bill. Other then that, everything was great! Customer services was outstanding! What a great way to scheme us out of extra gas with the gas prices the way they are. I suggest to find a way to compensate the customers in a fashion that meets both corporate and consumer 's Satisfaction. This (to me, a customer) shows me the corporate isn't about the fairness, its about the greed. How to get more for less! Thank you for giving me this opportunity to voice my experience, and opinion! Got the truck and it was terrible inside and out. The outside was beat up with scratches and dents. The inside had cigarette butts and ashes and smelt like cigarette. The heater/defroster did not work. The dash lights came on and off. The headlights barely worked. The back of the truck had a bad cigarette odor and had a wire hanging down from the ceiling.

The locking set up is really poor, I don't think that the lock I put on it is even gonna help secure my belongings. The facility is poorly maintained and needs to be remodeled or completely redone. The price for the storage unit for 10x10 unit is not worth it or risking my belongings being stolen in that location. I will be looking for a different storage unit elsewhere, and move to a better storage unit for the same price.

I felt lied to, disrespected, and threatened by her Customer Service actions telling me that the price is the price and if I didn’t want it that she could just cancel my contract. No professionalism. No integrity. She also did not apologize for her actions of the prices she offered me or for giving me the wrong price. False advertisement. Defrauding a disable person. Manager states $74.95. At ring up charges $99.95 when she was specifically asked for a space down stairs to accommodate disability. No follow up from other managers to address and fix concerns. Every person you try to get help from is rude or is not willing to go above and beyond to retain customer satisfaction. No follow up from corporate office.

He comes up to me and says in a condescending tone “this place closes in 3 minutes, you need to wrap this up.” I told him that I thought the access was 24/7 and he replied that it’s not anymore because people were caught living in their units. I’m upset that he talked to me the way he did and also because this place is advertised as open 24/7. That new employee also paints his nails white and has an ugly haircut.

Charles Arbeen | Overall ExperienceThere was some debris on the floor and outside the unit in the hall including a broken lock on the floor right outside the unit. There is also a rodent bait station which I guess I should assume Uhaul put that there and I should leave it there. An explanation would be helpful though. It is also a disposable one so I dunno if it's empty and should be thrown out. The Uhaul video explaining that the passcode is for a gate code and a door code. This location doesn't have a gate like in the video. It has two doors and three keypads for passcodes. Which seems weird. I had to try all three to figure out which two I am supposed to put the passcodes in. I also don't know if their is another entrance to the storage since there are so many Uhaul vehicles around the entire building. It is also a rental place so it is very hard to access the storage.
