Was charged pretty high for a 10 ft truck that hadn’t been clean from the last person that dropped it off right before I got it. I had originally got a 15 foot pulled off the lot put gas in it and the check gas cap light was on, then the check engine light came on and it wouldn’t even go 30 mph. It was a big inconvenience seen as though I was moving and had to take multiple trips. I would like a reimbursement of some of the money due to the fact of the inconvenience and having to have it for 2 days and find people for the next day to help me move

We didn’t interact with anyone at this location. It’s not a bad part of town, but definitely doesn’t look very inviting from the outside. The only reason I felt comfortable going to this location was the other U-Haul trucks parked in the lot made me feel a little safer. It’s an easy spot to drop off at especially if you’re avoiding the freeway from DuPont.

mickey pHave the u-haul website clarify whether the 5x8 trailer offered has a ramp vs a door. The one I got worked out (with a ramp) but I expected a door. Also, for this location, specify that it is next to 7-11. The address can confuse with another location nearby.
