Owner was very nice, but the truck was in poor condition. We experienced issues with the transmission continuing to rev up when applying the brakes and stopping! Almost caused an accident twice! Definitely need to get that checked out!

No one was there. I arrived almost 30 minutes prior to closing, but no one was present. Difficult access, didn't know where to park. I was charged for extra days, but couldn't resolve as no one was around. This location was 50min away, I passed multiple uhauls on the way.

Briana BI plan on calling y’all. The trailer was a piece of crap! The lights didn’t work, the guy at the location had issues even getting the straps to work that goes over the tires. I had to crawl under the trailer to attach the chains, the one tire he did to show me how to do it, didn’t event hold after the 18 hour trip the strap he attached wasn’t event holding the tire, it fell off. Thank god I put the chain on myself! The lights on the trailer didn’t work, I was so stressed about getting pulled over or slammed into as we drove several hours in the dark. I rent a lot from UHaul worst experience ever!! I have a specific place I like to rent from as they are a reliable service, this was straight up HORRIBLE! Hard to believe you allow your brand to be treated as such!.
