The drop off location changed twice and the final place was in a bad section of town with just a drop box. I had to download the app and do a self check in, which no one told me about in advance. Worst moving experience of my life.

Rude and charged me for dropping off truck at different location she was really angry at me for that rude rude rude and I want my money back that she changed me for not returning truck on time but I did bring truck back and took pictures of everything Just dropped it off on time at different location sorry
Michael O5 stars for the manager at this location, she was courteous and helped me checkout the uhaul truck. Language barrier might be an issue here for some since the person manning the front desk did not speak English.
Nadim JLocation worked fine as a vehicle drop-off.
