The staff at the store had no idea what to do, after returning the vehicle well before schedule they did not update the return in the system. Then the following day I was basically called a liar and accused of not returning the vehicle the woman on the phone was so rude! And would not when listen to what I was saying and just kept on accusing me of lying!

Horrible service, sketchy area, not appropriate space to store the vehicles, was pushed aside to sell lottery tickets to customers who arrived after me.
Kali MLocation is not in the best neighborhood. While the gentlemen that helped me was extremely nice and courteous, this is a convenience store and should not be a UHaul location.

Matthew OI scheduled a reservation from a U-Haul center so I’d have the suppport when checking out the trailer. However, my reservation got changed to a convenience store where there was little help and confidence that my trailer was secure. I had to hook it up sticking out in a street behind the convenience store with the owner on a FaceTime call. Again, I originally reserved a U-Haul location for a reason, but that got changed by U-Haul last minute.
