The woman at the location even checked me in as a courtesy although I had selected the option to check-in on the app. She offered to do, for one less thing on my day. For this I was grateful, it's the small simple customer service things that matters to me. I'll rent from this location from now on.

ABRAHAM DNot really the locations fault but the rachet straps on the auto transport were rusty, and nearly impossible to release. I thought I might have to cut them off to get my car off the trailer. Fortunately I have had way too much experience with these type of straps and with great effort was able to finally release them. NOT FOR THE INEXPERIENCED!
