I'm not sure how to rate the location or equiptment because I was not able to make the pick up , my son picked everything up for me, but i was not happy that i made the reservtion in more then enough time at the location closet to my residence onl to learnin a text message the morning of the move that the location for pickup had changed and then was charged an extra fee becasue it was not droppd off at the new location but dropped off at the location the truck and equiptment should have been picked up from when i initially made the reservation. I did understand the representative teling me the location I had initially chosen did not have the truck i needed but I feel I could have been told that long before themorning of the move.

The inside of the U-Haul was clean. However, the tank was not full and the windshield was filthy with dead dried on bugs. Both things take time to remedy when you just want to load up and get on the road. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful but the environment she had to work in needs a good cleaning and update to make it more inviting for customers.

Jerson LWhen the customer reserves at a certain location - have that equipment ready at the desired location. If 2 items rented - do not have them split to be picked up at 2 different locations. Neff Towing was VERY helpful in everyway as they were one of the locations chosen for the truck and they arranged to have the auto transport moved from 2nd location to them so that both could be picked up together. Manager Chance was EXTREMELY helpful with instructions on equipment and went ABOVE and BEYOND when needed for assitance during the entire rental process.
