2 serious concerns: 1. They charged me $20 for after hour service fee, while I returned the car at 1pm during regular hours 2. It showed the rental as active even 3 days after drop off; I have to call make a request to update the status. They updated it afterwards. Meanwhile, kept messaging to extend your rental as we have not received it yet.
Salman SOur truck had beer cans and trash in the back of it when we got it, also the fuel was almost completely empty. The process of checking out and checking in the truck itself was a complete nightmare. I will not be using the app next time.
Briana MThe agent at tge counter was horrible. No customer serice skills at all and not knowledgeable on how to check someone out that it took over an hour to pick ip the truck which caused a delay with my movers resulting in ne having to pay additional money for going over my time! He wouldn’t help me with the dolly resulting in me falling off the truck! Now I find I’ve been charged twice!
Yolanda LNot worth the ten dollar certificate at all. Had to redo the reservation entirely and wasted thirty minutes of my time servicing others. I’m understanding up to a certain limit for business.
