The agent at tge counter was horrible. No customer serice skills at all and not knowledgeable on how to check someone out that it took over an hour to pick ip the truck which caused a delay with my movers resulting in ne having to pay additional money for going over my time! He wouldn’t help me with the dolly resulting in me falling off the truck! Now I find I’ve been charged twice!

Not worth the ten dollar certificate at all. Had to redo the reservation entirely and wasted thirty minutes of my time servicing others. I’m understanding up to a certain limit for business.

Wenxiu YI filled the gas tank and drove 1/4 mile to the drop off location in Tampa. I was charged $3.23 "to fill the tank"!!!! So, by virtue of doing this to YOUR customer...you earned a ONE STAR!! It is trivial, yet I am a man of principle and not only was I offended by the BS $3.23 charge (as unjust).....I also will take all future business to another rental business.
Thomas MVerify that the order matches what is on the truck. I requested a dolly and furniture pads. They were missing. I did manage to get a dolly from the store.
