Took 20 mins to “log in” to system before able to find rental reservation- apparently system is slow on sundays. Truck was empty of gas. Truck was parked behind other vehicles and the clerk didn’t think to get it out so we can actually drive it out- another 10 mins delay. I paid for blankets and dolly. None of them were ready and we had to ask for them. The blankets were used and filthy and I refused to accept them. Told clerk to cancel them but got charged for them nevertheless.
