Truck was on empty when I picked it up. I paid for mileage and gas. The check engine light was on the whole time and when I dropped it off they said I would credited for the mileage I didn’t use. I estimated 100 miles, only drove 34.

Unless the vehicle is already backed in, you have to back the vehicle into the street. Even an 8am pickup was difficult because of the consistent traffic.
