I received the 15' truck with a nearly empty tank. The warning on the display was "21 miles to empty". The attendant told me there was a 7-11 just down the road which was a very narrow parking lot with nearly zero room to maneuver the truck. Renting a truck with an empty gas tank is unacceptable given all the UHaul trucks I have rented. The first thing I had to do was put nearly $200 of gas in the truck. This should not be an acceptable condition for a location to rent a truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy was nice, location was convenient, however not much space to park the truck upon return. The guy was really nice though and polite, and said he would take care of the truck.
