SARAH AThis was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul or any person in customer service ever. I'm filing a complaint with them he BBB along with multiple reviews. The person who handled this was the rudest individual. Lied to me about pricing and mileage, didn't even acknowledge how gross the truck was with left over disgusting food. She never sent me a email with mileage on it. Told me to my face it would be covered 160$ for 200 miles then charged me $70 extra and said it wasn't. She literally was rude and unapologetic. I doubt I'll ever use U-Haul again. How do you plan on fixing the situation?
