The vehicle was clean. That's the good news. I showed up on time for my reservation 10 reservation. The manager had arrived just I got there.. The location hadn't yet opened. The UHaul system was not turned on. The coughing manager arbitrarily wore his mask as it was mostly off, even in the store. My 15' box truck wasn't properly equipped with the requested hand trucks and furniture pads. I had to secure them at an Ellicott City location. So the disappointment of mine includes the issues at the store, which was a two hour round trip from my home(my requested pick up location was 10 minutes from my home). And secondly spending another 1.5 hrs traveling to and working with the Ellicott City location for my supplies. This rental costs me over $2,300 for five days. The aggravation in dealing with UHaul and their inability to just provide basic and good customer service will linger for quite some time.Patrick W.

We dropped off the truck and the worker said we were good to go. Not letting us know we had to fill out a form. 14 hours later the truck was still marked as in use. We called Customer service and sat on hold for about 30 minutes until someone could help.Arianna Z.
Horrible service. I had to ask all the questions when picking up the uhaul. Never signed a contract. When I returned the uhaul, I then was charged more what was I was originally told. Next time I'll just use family vehicles rather than using this service again. Caused more headaches than necessary.Michelle H.

Never came outside to assist when picking up...No help hooking up trailer. Never came Outside when dropping off...No help unhooking. No paperwork picking up...No paperwork dropping off. Receive bill almost 1 month later! What a complete sham. How this place qualifies as a Uhaul location is the main question that I'm sure will not get answered. Truck was not swept clean when I picked it up. The supplemental equipment was not with the truck and the facility didn't have any. Had to go to another uhaul location to pick up the equipment I needed for the move.Katherine E.
Dropped off uhaul on 6/1 after hours, had problems with the check in on the website. It was raining outside and the site kept freezing up so I could not complete the return. I called and phone line kept ringing, no answer until 6/4 to get help. Should only be charged for 1 day of rental, not 3. Asked for someone to contact me back to make sure this was resolved, still no response. When calling during business hours on hold for 20-40 minutes which is very frustrating. Would like Rep to call me so I can make sure the return was made and what I am being charged.Sandi A.
