Clean but not inviting. One worker who was zero help. I am disabled and she told me check in online. Said Uhaul app was not working! U should stuff U Stuff It!

Tried to get me to download the app instead of just handling my checkout. When I returned the truck, they didn't have staff on hand to handle the return and suggested I download the app. Got a call a few hours later saying I was overdue for my return even though the truck had been at the location for ~2.5 hours. I'm not downloading a useless app to rent a truck. That's what the rental locations exist for.
