Chris was amazing. This is my 3 Uhaul rental in 2months and I was hesitant to use this location because it wasn’t a corporate store. Chris was much nicer prepared and approached the rental as if he was renting/ the customer prospective. Very nice and much appreciated. Moving is stressful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again over a corporate store.

Roi DTruck was filthy on the outside, windows were dirty with bugs. Worker cleaned windshield before I left which was nice but when I got truck it had a flat tire and it needed to be replaced. Big inconvenience as I was re routed to this location after previous location offices were closed. Lost half a day and delayed my move which cost me money and time.
