We were charged for mileage from a previous renter due to their mileage not being notated after their return and it has been a hassle trying to retrieve a refund of my $88!!! Lots of the blame game between pickup and drop off location but hopefully we’ve gotten it taken care of. Otherwise typical uhaul rental and easy pickup and easy to contact.
