Richard KThe pick up place was good but they did not follow the plan. I was switched from a truck to a van box truck and it was supposed to be $355 each week with free mileage. Wound up paying for mileage and $19.95 a day. With the insurance it was $140 higher than it should have been. The entire switching and confusion was unnecessary and it seemed like too many people involved and NONE of them seemed to communicate with each other very well. I was given three different reasons why the pickups were no longer available from three different people over the phone. I have rented twice before this time from PRS in Forney, now I know why they have left the program. You can search the text string for the deal I was given after the second botched phase of the original contract. Suffice to say after this experience, I will not ever use your service again. Scotty's told me TWICE I was NOT charged for mileage, but when I got my receipt it was written out plain as day with no regard for the second contract. Your people apparently do not honor the agreements given to the renters.
