I paid for $15 furniture dolly. When I got truck it had the $7 furniture dolly that u sit objects on and it has wheels under bottom. It wasn’t the stand up dolly I paid for. Also we tried making reservations for trailer online. Said there were non available but upon pickup there were several vehicle trailers there.

Hire better representatives for your company. They lie about what was available. Had $19 truck being used for personal use but not for rent. I say personal use because it was backed into a parking space, had coffee cup and bag of oreo cookies in window, almost looked lived in. Lied and overcharged for miles i used. I used approximation 28 miles, paid for 30 and after truck was returned i was charged for 110 miles. Unless this is made right I will never recommend your company, will tell Pele to definitely use anyone else.
PATRICIA WLocation was great, staff was friendly, lots to uhauls to choose from. The Uhaul we recieved had been through the ringer. Dents, scratches, ect... I did not have time to go talk inside and try to get another truck. Im sure the staff would have been happy to help. Mistakes happen, but the over all condition of the truck, I would recommend uhaul to remove it from its fleet. The box has a severe damage and has been repaired multiple times.
JEFFREY LThe ladies were very helpful and checked me in quickly. A gentleman helped me back the trailer to drop it off and was very helpful. He even took the furniture dollys from the trailer and delivered them back over to the office for me. He was very kind and helpful.
