The gas was so low that the gas light was on when I picked up my rental. It had a low tire and the tire pressure light was on. It was not dirty but there were empty water bottles in the cabin. The staff was polite. The parking at the location is minimal and the parking lot is hard to navigateAndrea S.

I know Bubba Green personally and requested his location as the drop off destination. Called him directly on Sunday afternoon and made arrangements. Zero complaints in his end and I informed him of all the issues with the dolly.david B.
Ratchet on both sides were rusted and would not work, once I got to vehicle I could not secure car down. Had to purchase a can of WD40 to get ratchets to work. Dolly sits outside and lot of rain the few days before I rented so understand the ratchets rusting. Bubbas should have inspected thoughmary K.

While friendly staff and clean equipment are really nice and make for a better overall experience, what was most important and the biggest thing to me was that the equipment worked!! The cab smelled a bit like urine but I traveled 1300 miles without a breakdown or mechanical failure. Thanks!Courtenay E.

We made a reservation at stateline a week before we needed the truck. Someone from uhaul home office called me 2 days before our pick up day and said no trucks would be available and changed our pickup location to bubba greens towing. They said it would be closed but we could do the online pickup. We drove 3 and a half hours and when we got there did our check in only to find out there were no trucks there. We contacted uhaul and they called the owner and he was able to locate a truck for us. He told us he always only has one working truck and should not have been used as a pick up location. We didn't get started until 2 hours after our pickup time. It was a huge mess and I'm very disappointed in uhaul.Nick M.
