The staff had us redo the registration even though it had been done in advance. His English was difficult to understand, and when we questioned what he said, he became defensive, wanting to cancel it. We left very frustrated.
Brian BFirst, my pick up location was changed to outside of London the day before. Second, The 2 furniture dollies and 12 blankets that I reserved were not there. A Uhaul representative (over the phone) couldn’t find any supplies at any near by locations. We had to scramble to find furniture Dollie’s on our own. This delay caused us to miss our booked elevator time at the building we were moving from. This inevitably caused us to miss our booked time for moving in to the new location. The whole move was a total disaster.
