This rating isnt based on the service at Pioneer. Its based on the poor service by Uhaul. I rented a 10ft truck because we didnt have very much to pick up and a 10ft truck is more manageable to drive. We were forced to take a 15ft truck because the 10ft truck wasnt available, even though we reserved it. We also reserved a furniture dolly but when we arrived, there were none available. We were forced to drive to the Clarke Rd London location and pick up a furniture dolly. This ate into our mileage as well as the gas we were forced to pay for this detour. The dolly was also 14$ rather than 7$ because I didnt want to drive BACK to Clarke Rd location to drop off the dolly, since my dropoff location for the truck was back at Pioneer in Thamesford

BARRINGTON CThe staff had us redo the registration even though it had been done in advance. His English was difficult to understand, and when we questioned what he said, he became defensive, wanting to cancel it. We left very frustrated.
