Allow customers to know that they cannot book U-Haul directly through David's Auto. Me personally, I did not have an issue, but I did overhear a customer who was slightly confused about not being able to get a U-Haul directly from the establishment. This place is top notch and I plan on bringing my cars there to get serviced as well since we are new to the area!

The truck had damage all around it. The passenger mirror will not stay in place so I couldn't see the road on my blind side. The speakers were all blown. The mirrors were all so lose that you couldn't see them while driving. If I'm paying mileage for my use, then it needs to be in good condition when I rent it. This location is taking the money and not maintaining them at all.

Through the U-Haul site, I hired Cruz & Son Movers directly at (214) 384-2357 to help me move. We confirmed the details and everything seemed in order. On THE DAY OF THE MOVE, I called Lee at Cruz & Sons and again confirmed. When he didn't show an hour after the agreed time, I texted him. Lee replied that he "couldn't get a ride" and that I would "have to find someone else." I texted and called Lee and got no reply. Cruz & Sons left me high and dry and I'm still extremely pissed about that. Please stop promoting this company on your web site.

Please add key lock to the gas tank. I got a warning message in the dadshboard to tighten gas cap and when go to tight I don't find the gas cap. I raised request for replacement and customer service asked to replace it and get it remimbursed. I will make claim shortly.

The experience never started because I was not able to take the truck. I called into the 800 # for a reservation and they reserved the wrong truck...I asked for a 20ft and they sent over info for a 10ft. And, I am being charged $12 for something, I don't know what for!@ Contract # 89295725....why if I never left the property with the vehicle AND was already charged and am waiting for a refund.

The website suggested a one way trip for a lower rate. Upon pickup I was informed that a one way trip would be MORE expensive. Not a great experience...

He seemed very insistent on pushing me to buy insurance. He told me how one of his customers did not get one and got into a huge accident.. Also for the gasoline policy, he very obsessively told me how the fuel indicator may not deviate by even 0.1 of a margin or else it will be gasoline charge plus labor charge... What he said was absolutely accurate but the language of the same information could have been more customer friendly and not punitive sounding..

This was a horrible experience. First, having to go thirty miles out of my way to get a truck (that was confirmed in Denton), then not being able to get my deposit back, because of a U-haul representative error, it has been issue after issue. I'm pretty disappointed.

My experience was really bad, I even sensed racism! I won't recommend anybody that place! The owner thinks that he knows everything but he is an idiot! I never had that experience before renting a truck!

Horrible, absolutely disgusting customer service from This U-Haul Location. David the manager/owner at this location had a condensending attitude towards me since I entered the office. I own a small moving business and rent Uhuals 6-7 days a week and have never had any issues until today. I decided to opt out of the insurance plan this time becouse I wasn't going far. (I usually get it). The employee says hold up let me get my manager. The manager (David) comes in and you can tell he was already really agitated. Starts to explain why I should get the insurance and I tell him that I'm going to pass today but thank you. He raises his voice and says you must not understand how the insurance works. I said yes I do, I will have to reimburse Uhual Immediately. Then he tells his employee " Don't let him rent a Truck we don't rent to people like him. He obviously doesn't understand how the insurance works. Call U-Haul and tell them we're not renting him a truck and to send him somewhere else." At this point I am shocked and tell his employee just to add the insurance plan becouse I do not have time for this. (I wasn't going to allow this nut job make me late to my job.) The employee apologized for his managers attitude, but this is not acceptable.

The truck was there on site when I made the reservation to be pick up at 8am. Someone before me ate Cheez-It which was spilled in passenger seat and had empty bottle's under the seat. Cleaned as much as I could so I wouldn't be charged a clean-up fee. Over all very happy. Would rent again at this location.

Very little interaction with the counter help. Other than explaining the required information and signatures need on the form, he just gave me the key and sent me on my way. When I returned the vehicle, I went into the office, he asked what I wanted, I told him I was returning the truck, he took the key and said that's it.....and walked away.

The gentleman wouldn't get off the phone to check in the truck. He said he would look at it later and just told me to leave the key on the counter. I took a picture of the odometer for my records because of his attitude.
