I was very disappointed that I had requested this location but received a text message to have the trailer taken to a location that was 1 hour out of my way. The drop off location was great it was the way UHAUL wanted me to go that far out of my way to return the trailer. The drop off that I had chosen did take the trailer even though he told me that he was full and had let UHAUL know he wasn't going to take trailers for awhile

I had a wonderful experience with the TRF location. I called on a Saturday morning and a truck was available the same day. Very helpful owner of a local business who is -affiliated- with U-Haul. Much easier than going to Grand Forks or Crookston, but you may need to have some understanding for issues that are beyond his control. Thanks again!

I wanted to pick up on Sat. and he isn't open. I had to get it a full day earlier and pay extra because he was not open on weekends.

What can you do to improve for the next customer? How about, have our rental at the agreed upon location on the agreed upon day and do not change it up on us day of, when we are a half hour into an hour drive to get there. Additionally, have our complete rental actually at the location instead of random other equipment we never requested. The fact that we had to make an hour drive to pick up our rental and were only told about this the day before is unpleasant. The fact that we were halfway there and were then told to turn around and drive another hour to a different location is inexcusable. The fact that when things were finally sorted out and we arrived to pick up our equipment, only to find that the location did not have the equipment we had just been told they did only 30 minutes before, is disgusting. We ended up having to drive another hour back to another location for the second half of the equipment we rented. We have absolutely nothing against the service provided by the U-Haul contractor and his wife at their home in Thief River Falls. They did everything possible, with their limited resources, to help us sort out the mess that U-Haul caused. That aside, the entire situation was a complete pain and a horrible experience. We will be recommending to everyone we know that they NOT use U-Haul.

reserved a uhaul in grand forks but no trucks available so I had to drive out to TRF to get one and was only told the night before not even 24 hours before.

I was assuming the rental location where I dropped off the U Haul would be open Saturday and Sunday since I was told I could drop it off then. It would have been helpful to know that it wasn't open those times and that it was fine just to drop it off and they would check it in later.



The location was a little out of the way but once we found it all went well.

Better delivery and accessibility to larger moving trucks would be beneficial. Not satisfied with uhaul as a company because they could not deliver the size of truck I originally reserved to my pick up site. I had to pay more because I had to make more trips with a smaller truck.



The guy charged me. Extra $85, never mentioned it or informed me of any charges until I saw my bank statement. That is stealing!!!!!!

The fast graphix location had excellent customer service, and was very helpful. He had the vehicle running for me (10 F day), so it was ready to go when I was picking it up, along with having the trailer already attached. I couldn't have asked for a better business to pick up from. The downfall to my experience is that corporate UHAUL, not fast graphix, didn't inform until the day of pick up (wednesday 12/17 around 1pm) that I would need to drive 90 miles to pick up my uhaul. This was very frustrating, especially when I found out the business was going to be closed by the time that I got there when Uhaul informed me that my request location was not going to happen. I understand being in the northern minnesota region, with a lack of population means its hard to get convenient services, but the lack of communication is what was really the black in this situation. I had to take a half day from work to make this all happen, which was an unneeded after already having to pack up and get everything ready for moving. Take away for Uhaul is that they need to communicate much earlier than the day of, that a customer will need to drive to pick up.

Location was a bit hard to find, passed it and had to turn around. Uhaul sign is small and hard to see until your right there. GPS was wrong too on location. Otherwise drop off went fast

The owner of the company has usual as his 3rd job. Office hours were 2 pm to 5 pm. Information given to me by his employees was in direct conflict to what the owner would tell me. Upon my pick up time, no one was at the office and I had to walk around his farm stead to find an employee. The check out took over a half hour as the employee stated: "This is not normally my job." The vehicle I was given gas Guage did not match what the contract stated, I learned at my drop off location that I was given the wrong rental truck. It was a difficult return as the truck I was given was for another customer who was meant to return to original site, while I was contracted for a one else way drop off In Fargo ND. The contract had to be changed online by the Fargo return site manager. I ended up having to add 12 gallons of gast hat I should not of been responsible for. i
