The truck and the key were in 2 different locations so it took a while to find the truck and was very inconvenient and time consuming.. had to drive quite a few miles to locate the truck and only found it bc we passed it on the way to the address provided.

jeremy wthe location is confusing to find, Its in a thrift store. Nothing on the website advising this. Then you get there and find out the rental equipment is at another location. on a unsecure unmanned vacant grass lot.
