The trailor back door was very hard to close, the attendant couldn’t close it I had to force it. The tires were not balanced, they vibrated and made the long drive noisy and not pleasant.

Where to drop the trailer on the lot was a bit confusing, but David and Rico were extremely helpful. David is polite, knowledgeable and an excellent representative of your company.
Ellen TA newer truck is needed. The greatest concern I had was when I was returning from Denver and the smell of gasoline in the cabin was extremely strong. (This happened to me previously - I had forgotten. ) I have to drive with the window open because it is so bad.

Lee CWent in person to reserve the trailer and the staff couldn't seem to figure out how to use the site to reserve it. Had to fill out the same information several times. They were very helpful with testing my trailer wiring and picking up the trailer.
