Very small, rural rep. They're trying hard but don't have much space or saavy and could use a bit more training. Our marketplace is likely difficult to serve, but I have 2 - 3 occasions per year in which I could use a local trailer, 1 per year in which I need a local van or truck, and once every 2 years in which I need a multi-day one-way trailer.
KENNETH NI would give zero stars if possible because this was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. I will never rent from this location again and recommend others stay away from renting here. I waited around for over 45 minutes with no word on what was going on or if the trailer was even there. The woman running the gas station just kept calling people but wouldn't tell me what was going on. I was finally met by a nice guy who showed me the way to where the trailer was parked a couple miles away. This place was a complete disaster and an awful experience. U-Haul should reconsider if this is what they want as the face of their company.
