Elizabeth CPick-up and drop off were very stressful as the location was closed. Took us much longer than expected to get the keys
Shirley DDidn't have dollies available when I picked up truck. Had to go to another location miles away wasting time and with the movers waiting to rent one. Didn't have both dollies I needed at the other location and was only able to rent one small one. Uhaul should verify first before customer picks up truck.
