Worst location Truck in poor condition, engine light on, check lights on, headlights dont work and back indicators dont work Air conditioning did not work and the truck had such a foul odour, ciggerettes butts and garbage everywhere They only except cash and no credit cards etc, A police officer told me its not safe and to report it. 3 times theres been customers yelling at this lady, they charged me 15 days insurance i clearly stated i did not want, The resolution given to me was $32 refunded for 2 days of insurance

Amin AI had reserved the truck with a dolly three days in advance for Saturday at 4 PM. Only 2 hours before my pickup time, this branch called me and said they didn’t have a dolly and there was nothing they could do. Because of that, I had to pay several extra hours of U-Haul rental time and ended up buying a dolly from Home Depot since no other U-Haul branches were open at that time for me to rent one from. I honestly don’t understand how your reservation system works, but if you accept reservations, you should first make sure you actually have the inventory and capability to fulfill them before confirming bookings.
